COVID-19 continues to have an impact on all of our lives and we find ourselves in a situation that none of us could ever have imagined. However we are doing all we can in our control to continue to bring our loyal customers a great experience in every way possible.
Due to the global pandemic (COVID-19) and large increase in orders for the Fitness Care Home over the past few weeks, we are experiencing a slight delay in delivery times.
We are still trying our best during this difficult time to keep the spirits high and to deliver each order within our set time frames, however we hope that you understand that the severity of this situation is not in our control and your order may take an extra few days to arrive.
Our standard processing times are 1-2 business days, however during this current situation may take up to 4 business days.
